There is no cash-out, and there never was. ALPHA is a play token: it has no monetary value and no market. Claiming moves it from the rounds contract to your own address on Robinhood Chain, which is what makes the leaderboard mean something. The gas you pay is real ETH, and it is a fraction of a cent.
